Shipping & Delivery Policy

At SHERIFF, we are committed to delivering your order in excellent condition and within the promised time. Please read our shipping and delivery terms below:

1. Shipping Charges

  • The Shipping charge is fixed at Rs.120.
  • For orders placed using the Cash on Delivery (COD) option, an additional handling fee of Rs.100 will apply.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.
  • Delivery time may vary between 5–10 business days depending on the location and courier service availability.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or service interruptions beyond our control.
    • NOTE: Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered as working days for standard deliveries.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS, which can be used to track the status of your shipment on our courier partner’s website.

4. Exchange Deliveries

  • For approved exchanges, SHERIFF will arrange the pickup of the product and redelivery of the replacement.
  • Exchange orders will be shipped within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

5. Serviceable Areas

We currently deliver across India to most pin codes covered by our courier partners. If your location is non-serviceable, our team will contact you to explore alternative solutions.

6. Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns or refunds. Exchanges are limited to size issues or manufacturing defect requests made within 7 days of delivery.
  • All deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address and contact details are correct to avoid delays.
  • SHERIFF is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, or courier service disruptions.
