Return & Exchange Policy

At SHERIFF, every pair of footwear is crafted with care and precision. We want you to love your purchase, but if you face an issue with size or manufacturing, we offer an exchange policy. Please note that we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been processed. The following terms apply to returns and exchanges:

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Please try footwear only on carpeted surfaces to avoid damaging the soles.
  • We only accept exchanges for:
    • Size issues
    • Manufacturing defects
  • Products showing wear (creased uppers, scuffed material, worn soles) are not eligible.
  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

2. Exchange Process

  1. Email us at wecare.sheriffindia@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include the following details:
    • Your order number
    • Contact information
    • Clear photos of the footwear, including soles
    • A brief explanation of the reason for exchange
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  4. Once approved, we will arrange for product pickup and shipment of the replacement item.

3. Exchange Terms

  • First exchange is free of cost.
  • We do not allow second exchanges unless the error was from our side (wrong product delivered).
  • If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a coupon for the full value of the original order.
  • This coupon will remain valid for 60 days from the day of issuance.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and processed. Our policy is strictly limited to exchanges as outlined above.

5. Shipping & Delivery for Exchanges

  • Pickup and redelivery for approved exchanges will be arranged by SHERIFF.
  • Exchange orders will be shipped within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • All exchanges will be processed based on the original order value, including discounts, VAT, GST, or other charges.
    NOTE: Since the resolution and color composition of each monitor may vary, we cannot guarantee the exact accuracy of product colors displayed on our website. However, we have taken care to photograph our products under lighting that reflects their true look.
